In order to implement the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on the single market for digital services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act; "AUC"), we present below (I) information provided under Article 32(2) of the AUC, (II) information on contact points, (III) a form for reporting unlawful material.
(I) Information provided under Article 32(2) of the EU Digital Services Act
Under the Digital Services Act (DSA), intermediary service providers, including online platforms, are required to comply with a number of transparency and reporting obligations. Interested parties, including public authorities and our customers, will be able to find relevant information on this page, and in this section I below, any information regarding the illegal product or service, the identity of the trader, and any appropriate legal remedies (in the event that Qalcwise.com sp. z o. o. becomes aware of an illegal product or service offered to consumers located in the EU through its services).

Wołoska 22A), entered into the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000302926, NIP 7010115493, REGON 141368883, share capital PLN 50.000,00 (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”).

Qalcwise administers and processes Customers' personal data to varying extents depending on the purpose for which their processing is required, as well as on the scope of services provided and consents expressed to the processing of personal data.

In accordance with the Digital Services Act (Articles 11 and 12 AUC), Qalcwise.com sp. z o. o., as a provider of indirect services, provides contact points for service recipients and for the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission, and the European Digital Services Council.

(III) Reporting Illegal Materials
In accordance with Article 16 of the AUC, hosting service providers shall implement mechanisms to enable any person or entity to report to them the presence of specific information on their service that they consider to be illegal content.
