Pachnąca 81/38, 02-790 Warsaw), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000878426, REGON: 387990764, NIP: 9512513167, acting pursuant to Article 500 § 2¹ of the Polish Commercial Companies Code, hereby makes publicly available free of charge the merger plan agreed on 28 April 2023 between Qalcwise.com limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw as the Acquiring Company and Enovem Sp. z o.o. limited liability company with its registered office in Warsaw as the Acquired Company.
