Add or edit vehicle application
An application for creating a fleet database. It allows you to add all necessary vehicle data, documents, and invoices, as well as technical information such as insurance, inspections, faults, oil changes, tire replacements, mileage, and more.
If the user enters a VIN number, manufacturer data about the vehicle is automatically retrieved.
Operating cost application
The user selects a vehicle, sees its basic information, and can add costs (e.g., fuel expenses).
Cost report application
This application enables real-time cost monitoring. Users can view expenses at any time. They can also bulk-import costs (e.g., from an Excel file), which are automatically assigned to specific vehicles.
New damage report application
This application allows users to report vehicle damage. The user selects a vehicle, adds the date and description of the incident, and can attach supporting documents.
The user can also request a replacement vehicle. The report is sent to the responsible person, who can verify the damage and deactivate the vehicle in the system (preventing further use). They can also approve or reject the replacement request and provide justification.
Vehicle transfer application
This application enables transferring a vehicle to another employee. The user selects a car and assigns a new owner.
From here, they can generate a transfer protocol with vehicle and ownership details. The document can be sent to another person or supervisor. The recipient completes additional details (date, location, description) and attaches documents (e.g., inspection records). The protocol can also be printed.
This application aggregates data from all the above modules, making control and analysis easier. It displays vehicle data, operating costs, and damages. You can integrate it with external systems and fuel cards to optimize costs in real time.
It also allows creation of custom charts and reports. All tables and data can be exported to Excel. From this module, you can also add new vehicles, costs, and damage reports.
