G2 Crowd has published the results of the G2 Winter 2020 Reports. Qalcwise climbed 6 positions in the global ranking of no-code platforms, achieved the highest Net Promoter Score in the study, and took 2nd place in Europe in customer satisfaction rankings.
G2 Crowd, a leading platform for evaluating business solutions, publishes customer satisfaction reports every quarter. On December 18, the results of the G2 Winter 2020 Reports were announced. For the first time, the platform included a regional classification.
With a score of 77%, Qalcwise ranked 2nd in the No-code platform ranking in the EMEA region. Our platform received the highest ratings for ease of implementation (98%), quality of support (98%), and ease of use (97%). As many as 93% of customers stated that Qalcwise met their expectations.
Among the highest-rated features were workflow (interactive visualization of work and task flows), application deployment, and the WYSIWYG editor.
G2 Crowd also published results based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS), a popular methodology for measuring customer loyalty. Customers were asked how likely they were to recommend Qalcwise to others. The scale ranges from -100 to 100, and a score above 71 places companies in the global elite. Qalcwise achieved a score of 93!
