Scalable and Intuitive No-Code Solution for HR and Administration: PSE Innowacje Case Study

PSE Innowacje approached Qalcwise to implement a user-friendly HR and administration platform that would support employees across multiple locations. The goal was to bring all HR and administrative business processes together in a single, unified system while ensuring an intuitive user experience.

At the time, PSE Innowacje managed key HR and administrative processes—such as Employee Leave Management and Business Travel Expense Management—across three different office locations, each using its own IT system. Paper-based document workflows made collaboration between locations slow and inefficient, while the existing leave management solution offered only limited reporting capabilities and no longer met the organization’s needs.

The new platform was designed to centralize HR and administrative processes, with Electronic Document Workflow as one of its core components. The primary objectives were to eliminate paper forms, reduce manual work, minimize email communication, improve transparency, reduce errors, and simplify collaboration across departments and locations. Thanks to the flexibility of the platform, the solution could be fully tailored to the organization’s specific requirements.

The Qalcwise No-Code Platform proved to be the right solution for PSE Innowacje’s requirements. Delivered by the eNovem team in just two months, the implementation brought together a suite of integrated Business Applications supporting Recruitment, Onboarding, Employee Leave Management, Scheduling, and Time and Attendance.

The platform unified previously fragmented HR and administrative processes within a single environment. Employees gained access to an intuitive workspace with Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing them to manage their tasks and access documents based on their permissions. Managers, in turn, gained centralized access to business data, making on-demand reporting fast and straightforward.

The solution significantly streamlined HR and administrative operations across the organization. Implemented during the first months of the pandemic, it also enabled PSE Innowacje to transition smoothly to remote work without disrupting day-to-day operations.
