I applied because of the interesting product, but what convinced me to cooperate most was the company's atmosphere. After the second recruitment meeting, I was sure that I wanted to work here. What distinguishes Qalcwise are people focused on a common goal. Each of us is responsible for delivering value to the customer, although we do it in different ways. As a sales person, I have strong support from the implementation team. Moreover, quick decision-making and the lack of extensive internal procedures allow me to fully focus on my goal - taking advantage of sales opportunities. I also like the management style - I have a boss who is demanding, but at the same time supportive and open to feedback from his people.

The answer is simple, but it fully reflects my motivation to work at Qalcwise. First of all, I like the people I work with. If I were to give a title to my entire work at Qalcwise, it would be "From Junior to Senior - Accelerated Course". When I started, I didn't know much about no-code technology. I learned everything here, and it was learning through experience. It wasn't always easy, but it was always worth it. Over the course of almost 3 years, I learned technology, acquired business knowledge, strengthened my analytical thinking, mastered the art of public speaking, and also learned how to cooperate effectively and well with clients. In addition to the development opportunities, I also like the fact that there is no routine in my work. And of course, last but not least, great people.
