At Qalcwise, we pride ourselves on usability, which allows - in line with our mission - non-technical people to build applications on their own. For this to happen, the platform must be as intuitive and practical as possible. That's why we're constantly introducing new features and improving current ones. We implemented a lot of them this year, but one turned out to be particularly successful. It is a grid, i.e. a tabular view.
Until now, Qalcwise users could use a view that displayed only the data specified in advance by the application creator. Grid allows you to more flexibly adapt the way data is displayed to your needs. Thanks to a dedicated view, you can see more details, but also conveniently hide the unimportant ones. Settings, column visibility and filtering will be remembered, so the next time you log in you will only see what you need.
In the new tabular view, you will display all the information that the user entered into the application without launching the application. These few seconds seem like a small thing, but if you switch frequently, it can mean significant time savings and greater pleasure in using Qalcwise. To make viewing your data easier, you can set a filter on any column. You can export the filtered data at any time, e.g. to an Excel file.
From the view level, you can manage tasks and requests without having to search for the selected application. They can add, accept, reject, etc. tasks from different applications in one place. Another convenience is the function of collective acceptance of applications, which speeds up and facilitates work by minimizing switching between applications.
And so we end the year with a sense of a job well done... and heads full of ideas for the future, so stay tuned, because we will soon release more facilities.
