The G2 Crowd website has published the results of the G2 Winter 2020 Reports. Qalcwise advanced 6 positions in the global ranking of no-code platforms, achieved the highest result in the Net Promoter Score survey and took 2nd place in Europe in the customer satisfaction survey.
The leading business solutions evaluation site, G2 Crowd, publishes a quarterly customer satisfaction report. On December 18, we learned the results of the G2 Winter 2020 Reports. For the first time, the website included regional classification. Qalcwise, with a score of 77%, took 2nd place in the ranking of No-code platforms in the EMEA region. Our platform received the best marks for ease of implementation (98%), high quality of support (98%) and ease of use (97%). As many as 93% of customers believe that Qalcwise met their expectations. The highest-rated functionalities included: workflow (interactive presentation of workflow and tasks), application implementation and WYSIWYG editor.
G2 Crowd also published the results of a study based on Net Promoter Score (NPS), a popular methodology for assessing customer loyalty. Customers were asked how likely they were to recommend Qalcwise to others. The scale ranges from -100 to 100, a score above 71 places companies in the world league! Qalcwise scored 93!
