Application Add or edit car

Application for creating a fleet database. It allows you to add all the necessary data about the car, documents, bills, as well as technical information - including insurance, inspections, faults, oil changes, tire replacements, odometer reading, etc.  

If the user selects the VIN number, the manufacturer's data about the vehicle will be downloaded automatically.  

Application Operating costs

The user selects a car, then basic information is displayed and he can add costs (e.g. fuel expenses).  

Cost Report application

The application enables real-time cost monitoring. The user can view expenses at any time. You can also add all costs collectively (e.g. from an Excel file), which will be automatically assigned to the vehicle.  

Application New damage

This app allows you to report damage. The user selects a car, adds the date and a description of the event that resulted in the damage. He can also add an accident certificate.  

The user can apply for a replacement car here. The report is sent to the person responsible, who can verify the damage and deactivate the car in the database (preventing other employees from using it). He can accept or reject the application for a replacement car and add a justification.  

Car transfer application

  The application allows you to transfer your car to another employee. The user sees all cars, selects a car and selects a new owner.  

From this level, he can click "Protocol Generator", which will create a handover protocol with the vehicle and new owner's data. He can send it to another person/supervisor thanks to the application. The person who receives the report completes the data (date, location, additional description) and attaches documents (e.g. inspection data). The protocol can also be printed.  

Summary Report application

This app collects data from all the above apps, making it easy to control and analyze. Displays data about cars, operating costs and damage. You can integrate it with external systems and fuel cards to optimize costs on an ongoing basis. The application allows you to create any charts and reports.
