Application for creating projects

  In this application we have created 4 stages for the project management process. However, you can edit them, add more or remove selected ones depending on the needs of your company. The basic stages are: Initialization, Planning, Implementation and Closing. Your first step will be to determine the Project Manager and contractors (e.g. individual departments). Then specify the project category and completion date.  

Add tasks to individual project stages. He will also be able to add new tasks at later stages or edit existing ones.  

After completing the data, you can start the project. At this point, individual departments will receive tasks to be carried out. Each employee will see the assigned task on the board after logging in to Qalcwise. An employee of a given department can accept a task, add a description or change the date of its completion. It can also indicate that the task has been completed or failed.  

At any time, as a Project Manager, you can view the progress of individual tasks - given as a percentage. You can monitor the progress of work on an ongoing basis and react in case of delays or problems. From the report level, you can go to individual tasks and preview them or close them (approve the task execution). When all tasks are completed, you can click the “Project

completed” and finish the project. 

Project reporting application

The second application allows you to conveniently preview the results and generate a report. The report shows all active projects and all tasks. After selecting any project, the implementation status of all tasks is displayed.
